Information provided in obtaining personal data from the data subject pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR") ) and according to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on the Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and the consent of the data subject to the processing of his/her personal data pursuant to the GDPR and pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act
1. The Operator of the bicycle rental system called KOMBIbike community bicycle rental system /Systém požičiavania komunitných bicyklov KOMBIbike/ carried out within the project with the identification number SKHU/1601/ 2.2.1/109 under the title „KOMBI - Cross-border Integrated Bicycle Sharing System, the Operator of the website www.kombibike.eu and the Kombi Bike application is the Európske zoskupenie územnej spolupráce Pons Danubii, ručením obmedzeným /European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Pons Danubii/, which is the Operator of the personal data of the persons concerned within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.

3. The Operator processes the personal data of Renters as data subjects provided to them by these Renters. The personal data provided by the Renter to the Operator via the registration form or at the conclusion of the contract must be true, and in the event of a change, the Renter is obliged to inform the Operator of their change without delay.
1. Purpose of the processing of personal data for which the personal data are intended:
• purchase of a KombiBike card / tickets / passes for bicycle rental;
• checking the validity of the card / tickets / passes, informing renters about events
related to the rent, issuing invoices and accounting documents for purchased cards / tickets
/ passes;
• the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party or
the implementation of a pre-contractual measure at the request of the person concerned;
• handling of complaints and suggestions of persons concerned;
2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
• the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which
the data subject is a party or for the execution of a pre-contractual measure at the request
of the data subject;
• the consent of the data subject to the processing of his personal data for at least one
specific purpose.
1.The Operator processes personal data of Renters to the extent: title, name, surname, date
and place of birth, name and surname of their mother, address of permanent residence or
address of other residence, number and type of Identity Card, telephone number,
e-mail address.
2. The Operator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third
country or to an international organization.
3. The information provided by the Renter through the registration form or contract is for
the sole purpose of operating the bicycle rental system and will not be further provided to
third parties or otherwise used commercially, except for information provided to entities
cooperating with the Operator to operate the bicycle rental system, which are in particular
entities operating KombiBike card sales points, Rent and Roll 888 Korlátolt Felelősségű
Társaság, which operates a customer line and provides service services, T-Systems
Magyarország Zrt., which operates a KombiBike computer system and other entities that
provide accounting and payment services to the Operator.
1. The Operator shall store the personal data of the data subject:
• during the contractual relationship of the person concerned with the Operator;
• further for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the
contractual relationship between the Operator and the person concerned and to assert
claims arising from these contractual relationships; and
• further for the period determined and required by valid legal regulations of the Slovak
Republic for the storage of personal data.
2. After the storage period for personal data, the controller shall delete the personal data.
1. The Operator shall inform the data subjects that, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, it has in particular the following rights:
• the right to request access from the Operator to personal data concerning the data subject;
the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Operator as to whether
personal data concerning him or her are being processed;
• the right to correct personal data; the data subject has the right to have the Operator correct
incorrect personal data concerning him / her without undue delay; with regard to the
purpose of the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to supplement
incomplete personal data;
• the right to delete personal data;
• the right to restrict the processing of personal data;
• the right to object to the processing of personal data;
• the right to the transfer of personal data;
• the right to consent if the processing is conditional on the consent of the data subject and
the possibility of revoking that consent;
• the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data
Protection of the Slovak Republic /Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej
republiky/.
2. The Operator shall inform the data subject that the provision of personal data as well as the consent to their processing is voluntary. The Operator further informs the data subject that the seller as the operator will process the personal data of the data subject without his consent as the data subject in the contracting process, as the data processing of the data subject will be performed by the Operator in pre-contractual relations with the Renter, performance of the contract in which the person concerned acts as one of the parties.
3. The Operator shall inform the data subject that he /she has the right to withdraw his / her consent to the processing of his / her personal data at any time, either by a written letter sent to the Operator's registered office or by sending an e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address, whereas the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data on the basis of a consent prior to the collection of the data of the data subject.
4. The Operator may, under the conditions laid down in Section 30 of the Personal Data Protection Act, limit the scope of obligations and rights related to the protection of personal data, as well as the principles of personal data protection.
5. The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision which is based exclusively on the automated processing of personal data, including profiling, and which has legal effects affecting or similarly significantly affecting him or her; however, this shall not apply if the decision is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or the performance of a contract between the person concerned and the Operator, or if the decision is enforced on the basis of a special regulation or international agreement by which the Slovak Republic is bound and rights and legitimate interests of the data subject or if the decision is based on the express consent of the data subject. There is no automated individual decision-making by the operator.
By signing the Rental Contract or sending the registration form, you confirm that you are familiar with the conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.
You agree to these terms by marking the consent through the appropriate registration form or signing the Rental Contract. By marking your consent or by signing, you acknowledge that you have been acquainted with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.
The Operator is entitled to change these conditions. The Operator shall publish the new version of the conditions of personal data protection on the Operator´s website at least 10 days before the new conditions of personal data protection enter into force.
