Use of the KOMBIbike system is subject to registration. If you haven't registered yet, please click the LOGIN button

After registration, a ticket must be purchased to rent a bike which allows you to enter the System to rent a bike. Log in with your data provided during registration, then click on the BUY TICKETS button.

Choose the ticket that best suits your needs:

VALIDITY PERIOD OF TICKETS
KOMBIbike DAILY TICKET 24 hours after purchase
KOMBIbike 3 DAY TICKET 72 hours after purchase
KOMBIbike WEEKLY TICKET 168 hours after purchase

The valid ticket entitles you to rent a bike for a maximum period of 10 hours per occasion. If you do not return the rented bike to one of the docking stations within 10 hours, we will report the bike as missing and look for it.

People under 14 are not entitled to rent a bike.

RENT A BIKE

You can rent a bike after the online registration and ticket purchase from terminals at the stations. The list and location of stations can be found under the STATIONS menu.

Bike rental is possible after registration and ticket purchase. Choose the menu item „Rent with PIN code” then enter your 8-digit PIN code and, after it has been accepted, enter the number of the chosen dock. The numbers are shown on the docks. You will hear a beeping sound, see a flashing sign and the lock that secures the bike will open. The light flashes for 20 seconds and the bike can be taken out during this time. If the bike is not taken out within this time limit, it is relocked.

You have 2 minutes to check the bike, after that the rental fee charging starts. In case you find any problems with the bike (sign of vandalism, puncture, broken parts, etc.), you may return the bike to the dock within the 2 minutes free of charge. You can report the faulty bike or dock directly at the terminal.

RETURN THE BIKE

After finishing your ride, please return the bike to the closest docking station. Insert the bike in the dock and make sure that it is locked.

Following your log in, you will have access to further functions on the website or directly at the terminal.

Request balance and transactions: You can request the current balance, check the validity of the card, data of previous four journeys, the code of the bike rented.

Reporting damage or vandalism: Please help our work and safety of bikers! If you have found a damaged bike or have come across the case of vandalism of any KOMBIbike station, please report us!

REGULAR USERS

BUY A PASS

For regular users, we recommend to buy monthly, a 6 month or annual passes. If you want to buy a season ticket, you can find the list of sales points on the screen of the terminal under the menu item SALES POINTS.

THE KOMBIbike CARD

People under 14 are not entitled to rent a bike.

KOMBIbike bicycles can be used within the northernmost point of the administrative border of Nové Zámky (48.04 17.87), the easternmost point of administrative border of Kolarovo (48.04 18.42), the southernmost point of the administrative border of Kisbér (47.39 17.87) and the westernmost point of the administrative border of Tata (47.39 18.42)

The valid ticket entitles you to rent a bike for a maximum period of 10 hours per occasion. If you do not return the rented bike to one of the docking stations within 10 hours, we will report the bike as missing and look for it.

The KOMBIbike card is a plastic card with a unique identifier which entitles the card holder to rent a bike. One user can own maximum 3 cards. You can get a card at card sales points. Addresses are shown on the menu item „Card Sales points”. The card is valid for 1 year and it can be extended annually at any card sales points.

The balance charged on a pass or on a new pass purchased within one month after the expiry of a previous pass may be used during the validity of the pass. After the pass expires, the unused balance will be refunded to the User at Card Sales Points within the period of one month after expiry. The fee renting a bike is deducted from the amount of money topped up on the card. If the User has a balance of zero or a negative balance, resp. the card expires, the User is no longer entitled to rent a bike. If it happens, the docking station gives a staccato beeping sound. With the next top up, the negative balance must be cleared first and a minimum top up is also necessary. Top up the card at Card Sales Points and the Central Customer Service Office, on the website.
